Bannockburn Vineyard Wine Dinner 

Join us next month for a wine dinner on Friday 20 July with Bannockburn Vineyard.

The evening will begin at 7.00pm and costs $165 per person. Places are limited.

At Bacash, the Bannockburn name is synonymous with the Australian fine wine story. Planted over 40 years ago in the Moorabel Valley sub-region just outside the township of Geelong, the Estate comprises 26 vineyard blocks planted to seven grape varieties of which Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz form the key quintet.

Following a decade under the steam train that was Michael Glover, Matt Holmes is now the winemaker charged with writing the next chapter of this singular estate. Holmes has 30 vintages under his belt in North America, New Zealand, France and Italy and is showing no intimidation about the legacy that he has inherited. He is working closely with longtime Bannockburn viticulturist, Lucas Grisby to continue evolution in the vineyards and employs minimal intervention and wild yeast ferments to produce wines that are made with integrity and are distinctively Bannockburn.
