Their passion and commitment to their craft is evident the moment you set foot inside the door, where you’ll be greeted with warmth, an impeccable wine selection and the best tasting flounder this side of the Pacific.
Michael and Fiona earned their reputation for fine seafood cooking at acclaimed restaurant, Toofey’s, honing their skills for over a decade. Upon relocating south of the river, with a diversified menu and fresh new look, they reopened their doors as Bacash.
Their uncompromising approach to quality has led to the restaurant being awarded Chef’s Hats in the Age Good Food Guide from 2005 through to the most recent in 2014.
